Khuzaima Yamman’s career journey from a full time Job at Bab Alomda Info Tech. to starting Kzy Digital.

After almost two years at Bab Alomda Info Tech, I left in March 2024, mainly because I felt stagnated. I enjoyed the work, but the progression was hard to see. I wanted to do more on the digital marketing side, but there were financial restrictions. It got complicated and I couldn’t work at optimal budgets. Therefore, I preferred to do my own thing.

I had a growing interest in doing more with digital marketing, especially performance-based strategies that deliver measurable impact. But there were always financial restrictions that limited the scale and quality of what I could implement. I knew I had the potential to do more but I needed to create my own space to do it.

That’s when I made the decision to step away from full-time employment and pursue something I had always dreamed of, which is building my own marketing agency.

I started my own marketing agency

I founded Kzy Digital, a specialist paid marketing and SEO focused on driving tangible and measurable growth through organic and performance marketing, in April 2024. I funded it through my savings. Now, just over a year in, we’ve grown to a team of three. We combine high-quality creative production and advanced paid media strategies led by ex-Google and Meta specialists.

With no outside funding, I bootstrapped the business using my personal savings. That decision added a lot of pressure, but it also gave me full autonomy. Every decision, every client pitch, every strategy was both thrilling and humbling.

We started with a clear focus on website maintenance and SEO, but quickly expanded to full-scale paid media services, including campaign strategy, creative asset production, and ad optimization. Our core strength lies in merging high-quality creative work with data-backed performance strategies.

Today, a little over a year later, Kzy Digital is a growing team of three. What we lack in size, we more than make up for in expertise. Our team includes specialists with experience at Google and Meta, which gives us a strong foundation in the platforms that matter most to our clients. We’ve built a tight-knit, collaborative environment where every project is handled with care, precision, and strategic thinking.

I don’t regret any of my decisions

Looking back, I have zero regrets about leaving my full-time job to start Kzy Digital. It was the right move for me both professionally and personally. Running my own agency has not only helped me sharpen my skills, but it’s also given me something far more valuable which is freedom. I now have total control over my time, my ambition, and the type of work I choose to take on.

That freedom comes with its challenges, of course. Every decision has a direct impact on the business. There’s no fallback plan. But those challenges have only made me more resilient and adaptable.

Throughout this journey, mentorship and continuous learning have played a major role. I’ve spent countless hours improving my knowledge, keeping up with the latest marketing trends, and learning from those who’ve built successful agencies before me. I’ve invested in courses, read industry blogs, and spoken with mentors who helped guide my thinking during tough moments.

That learning mindset continues to fuel how we evolve at Kzy Digital. We constantly test new strategies, explore new tools, and look for ways to improve our results. We don’t just follow industry trends, we try to stay ahead of them.

What’s Next

Now that Kzy Digital has found its footing, I’m focused on building a strong foundation for future growth. We’re exploring new service offerings, onboarding new clients, and looking to scale without losing the personalized touch that makes our agency special.

There’s still a long way to go, but I’m excited for what lies ahead. I started Kzy Digital because I wanted more control, creativity, and impact. Luckily, I’ve found all three. My journey from Bab Alomda Info Tech to becoming a founder has been full of lessons, risks, and personal growth.
